All our fudges are handmade using traditional fudge making techniques and are crafted with the highest quality ingredients. All of our flavours are carefully tested and chosen to find the best way of making the best fudge we can. Our cream is produced by a herd of pedigree Guernsey cows at an award winning dairy and our sugar is entirely UK grown from sugar beets.

With our flavour combinations we often aim to detract from the overbearing sweetness fudge can have by using typically savoury or salty flavours such as sesame or miso. We also don’t want to mask the caramelised, nuttiness of pure fudge with other strong, sweet flavours but instead provide flavours that work in harmony with or compliment its inherent fudge taste.

We are constantly developing new flavours. Due to this our online menu is ever-changing. New flavours replace old ones and old ones will replace new ones, some you may only see once.
